Kathryn R. Nemirovsky, M.S.O.M., L.Ac.
With training in both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and five element theory, Kathryn employs a full range of modalities in order to best help her clients heal. Before attending school for Chinese medicine, Kathryn earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Fine Arts, worked as a Curatorial Assistant for many years, and still maintains her own studio. This background affords her a sensitivity and attention to detail, which greatly enhance her practice of these living and evolving healing arts. She is currently enriching her formal studies with mentor, Lonny S. Jarrett, esteemed practitioner and author of Nourishing Destiny: The Inner Tradition of Chinese Medicine, whose teachings combine the richness and complexity of the ancient traditions with a truly progressive perspective to create the highest context for healing. Kathryn endeavors through increased awareness to treat her patients on the deepest possible level.
Kathryn holds Master’s degrees in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and is licensed by the State of New York.
